Nashville's Story with Renata Soto of Conexión Américas
2013 Nashvillian of the Year and co-founder of Conexión Américas, Renata Soto, has led the charge to make Nashville an inclusive and diverse city through her vision and creation of Casa Azafran, a nonprofit collaborative and community gathering place. Her dedication to Latino and immigrant families, youth and children and community building has not only had a compelling impact on our city, but has received national recognition as well. We welcome Renata as she shares how her passion and dedication to minority groups has and will continue to reshape Nashville.
In celebration of the growth of our city, the Nashville Entrepreneur Center and The Tennessean will host a monthly program dedicated to stories about where we were, where we are, and where we are going as a city. Leaders from various backgrounds and industries will speak on how these stories have affected the surge of Nashville as one of the top cities for business and entrepreneurship in the US.
This event is open to the public. Food and drink will be provided. Space is limited.
