CapitalTN’s mission is to foster the growth of Tennessee’s entrepreneurial ecosystem through improved access to the capital continuum. The organization strives to maintain high professional standards, sponsors professional development, and facilitates interaction among its members.
Who We Are
CapitalTN is under the umbrella of the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, a 501(c) (3), and complies with all rules and regulations of the EC. CapitalTN is comprised of a dynamic cross section of professionals at private equity, venture capital, or other institutions directly involved with investing in privately held businesses.
Benefits of Capital TN Membership
• Participate in a variety of networking and education events spanning all areas of significant interest and importance related to the private equity industry.
• Foster long-term relationships with other private equity and venture capital professionals as well as entrepreneurs and business leaders throughout the State.
• Enhance deal-sourcing opportunities, expand due diligence resources, and discover best practices within the private equity industry.
• Access EC events, seminars, programs and other initiatives as a member of the EC.
Yearly dues are $20.00. Membership dues are collected yearly in January and charged to each member’s on-file credit card (or prorated for the year at the time of joining). Membership dues can be paid by the member’s employer or by the member.
Angel Investor Day
The Nashville Entrepreneur Center and Capital TN are presenting the annual Angel Investor Crash Course on July 11 from 8:30am to 1:00pm. Attendees will learn the legal, investment, and entrepreneural side of angel investing, meet leading venture firms, discover how to partner and leverage your network, and much more.
